How it works

From alarm to answer in four steps.

One screen that connects to the machine's controls, explains every alarm in plain language and shows exactly where the problem is.

  1. 1

    Connect

Links directly to the machine's Allen-Bradley, Siemens or Omron PLC, its HMI and cameras over the plant network.

  2. 2

    Diagnose

Shows the active alarms and exactly which sensor checks failed.

  3. 3

    Locate

Points to the device on the 3D model, the drawing sheet and the live camera.

  4. 4

    Fix

Walks through likely causes and step-by-step checks to clear it.

Live demo

Don't take our word for it. Try it.

This is VectorVu's diagnostics screen running on a simulated case packing cell. Take the guided tour, or drive it yourself: simulate a fault, follow the live checks, open the drawing and confirm the fix.

Tip: click a sensor dot, right-click a camera, or switch to Training and simulate any of 16 alarms.

Demo data: a fictional machine, simulated in your browser. Camera pictures are rendered from the 3D model and the HMI is a generic stand-in. Nothing here is connected to real equipment.

The platform

Everything your machine knows, on one screen.

Take the full SCADA package, or just the pieces you need. Every system is custom-built around your equipment and your process.

3D SCADA

Your machine, mirrored in real time

VectorVu reads axis positions and I/O straight from the PLC and drives a 3D model of your machine, so what's on screen moves exactly like what's on the floor. Network several machines together for a plant-wide view.

  • Direct connection to Allen-Bradley, Siemens and Omron PLCs
  • Every device modeled and clickable
  • Grows into a plant-wide SCADA system

Modern HMI

Smooth, modern, web-based

Clean, touch-first screens with fluid animations that make machine state obvious at a glance. Bundle it with SCADA or buy it on its own.

Historian

Every tag, every cycle, on record

Trend production and process data, see what changed right before a fault, and plan maintenance on real numbers, not guesses.

Live cameras

Eyes on the key areas

Camera feeds sit right next to the 3D model. When an alarm fires, VectorVu jumps to the camera covering that device.

Maintenance tablets

The whole machine, in hand

We set up tablets so maintenance techs can walk the machine with the live model, drawings and cameras at their fingertips.

Diagnostics

The drawings and manuals, one click away.

Troubleshooting is where downtime hides. Instead of hunting through binders and cabinet doors, your team goes straight from the alarm to the exact drawing sheet, wiring, PLC tag and manual page.

  • Every alarm explained in plain language
  • Opens the exact drawing sheet, terminal and PLC tag
  • Logs what changed right before the fault
  • Step-by-step checks to clear it

Try it: pick an alarm on the console.

200-RS01 · Flap folder EXTENDED (cylinder out)

The flap folder cylinder was told to extend, but its EXTENDED sensor did not turn on in time.

Likely causes

  1. Cylinder blocked by a badly erected case or a torn flap.
  2. Extended sensor 200-RS01 slid along the cylinder slot, or its cable is damaged.
  3. Valve 200-SV01 not switching.

Modern HMIs

HMIs your operators will actually enjoy.

Dated grey panels hide what matters. A VectorVu HMI is a clean, fast, animated operator screen for the machine itself, so state changes are obvious the moment they happen. This one runs a batch blending skid: tap any pump, valve or instrument to open its faceplate, switch to manual, or hold the batch.

  • Animated, not clutteredFlow, motion and alarms stand out; everything else stays calm.
  • Touch-first faceplatesEvery pump, valve and instrument opens to its status, values and controls.
  • Runs in any browserOn the panel PC, a laptop in the office or a tablet on the floor.
  • On its own or with SCADAOrder the HMI by itself, or as part of the full 3D package.

Access

One live view. Every screen on your network.

The VectorVu server sits next to your machine and serves the live view to any browser that can reach it: the control room, the engineering office, maintenance tablets, and remote support through your existing secure network access.

No more phone relay

Remote support engineers see the live machine, cameras and HMI. No more "read me what the screen says" calls.

Nothing to install

It's a web page. Open it on a panel PC, a laptop or a tablet and you're looking at the live machine.

Everything in one place

Faults from connected equipment and the machine's own HMI show up alongside the 3D view.

Who it helps

Built for everyone who keeps the line running.

Site leadership

  • Shorter stops: the cause is pinpointed, not guessed
  • Maintenance planned on real production data
  • Grows into a plant-wide SCADA system when ready

Management

  • Support more machines remotely, with fewer trips
  • Know-how lives in the tool, not one person's head
  • Multi-site monitoring available in larger projects

Operators

  • Every alarm explained in plain language
  • See what each part of the machine is doing right now
  • Live cameras on the key areas of the machine

Maintenance

  • Opens the exact drawing sheet, wiring and PLC tag
  • PM tasks come due by cycle count, not calendar
  • Logs what changed right before the fault

Remote support engineers

  • See the live machine, cameras and HMI remotely
  • No more "read me what the screen says" phone calls
  • Faults from connected equipment shown in one place

Training & new hires

  • Training mode simulates a full machine cycle
  • Practice any alarm without touching the real machine
  • The 3D model teaches the layout and every device

Built to grow

  • Adapts to new machines and control systems
  • Preventive maintenance tied to cycle counts
  • Networks machines into a full SCADA view
  • Multi-site monitoring as part of larger solutions

Getting started

Built from your machine's own documentation.

We build the 3D model from your CAD files and link it to your PLC program, drawings and manuals, so every device on screen points to the real thing.

What we'll need from you

  • PLC program
  • Electrical drawings
  • Mechanical drawings
  • 3D CAD models
  • Machine manuals

Only have 2D drawings? We can model the machine for you.

  1. Scope

We walk the machine with your team, confirm the devices, screens and camera locations, and agree what the system should do.

  2. Model

We build the 3D model from your CAD and map every sensor, actuator and axis to its PLC tag.

  3. Integrate

We link alarms to drawing sheets, manual pages and cameras, and build the HMI and historian screens.

  4. Commission & train

We bring it live on your network, set up tablets, and train operators and maintenance using training mode.
